The Small Business Administration’s Santa Ana Office has been actively implementing training programs for SME’s in the area of export and international trade. Iffel International is committed in supporting the program now for a number of years and President, Hema Dey has been speaking at ETAP programs on export and international trade. Her passion in assisting US exporters establish and grow new markets off shore is like no other.

Iffel International is a marketing but sales focused agency in Southern California, servicing the Industrial and Professional Services sector in marketing and sales strategies both domestically and internationally. Hema Dey, President at Iffel International has travelled the world during her time with the corporate sector. Her hands on experience in over 34 countries, with numerous overseas posting in Europe, Asia and North America, her drive now is to offer both fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) services along with a full marketing team to roll out strategies for CEO’s. “Without sales, the business does not exist”, says Ms. Dey who started Iffel International 10 years ago. Ms. Dey is very focused on local businesses as well, developing functional marketing plans, creating websites that are Google compliant and implementing online strategies to drive traffic to the website and ultimately generating leads for businesses.

If you are interested in expanding your business internationally, it is worth attending the ETAP workshops scheduled. Hema Dey will be speaking at two key sessions on Exploring Market Entry Strategies. Ms. Dey runs a workshop to give business owners an interactive hands on session on how to prepare an export marketing plan be it through distributors or through eCommerce. In 2015, her workshop was received very well in the City of Rancho Cucamonga where one of the ETAP programs was held.  A team of high school students were selected for this event and produced some very creative export ideas for US made products. “It is an opportunity for CEO’s or business owners to break down barriers in cross border sales and marketing” says Ms. Dey.

Dates for two upcoming workshops are:

      August 31st: Coachella Valley, CA

      September 15th: Fontana, CA
