It began as a small, intentional practice within our team. For the past 18 months, we’ve been learning together—through books, conferences, videos, and long conversations about AI—spending hundreds of hours learning, unlearning, and relearning what this shift truly means for how we work and build. What made it powerful wasn’t speed or spectacle, but consistency, humility, and a willingness to sit with what we didn’t yet understand.
We’re now opening this book club to a wider community—not to grow numbers, but to grow understanding. This isn’t a space for posturing, selling, or performing expertise. It’s a space for genuinely curious people, generous with their thinking, and committed to learning alongside others. Titles don’t matter here. What matters is how you show up, how you listen, and how willing you are to do the work.
